Data Not Syncing

If your data isn't updating or syncing properly, try these solutions.

Symptoms

• Changes not saving
• Dashboard showing old data
• Different data on different devices
• Loading spinner that never stops

Quick Fixes

1. Refresh the Page

Press Ctrl+R (Windows) or Cmd+R (Mac) to force refresh.

2. Clear Browser Cache

1. Open browser settings
2. Clear cached images and files
3. Reload the page

3. Check Your Connection

Ensure you have a stable internet connection.

4. Log Out and Back In

This forces a fresh data sync from our servers.

Device-Specific Data

Your data syncs across all devices automatically. If you see different data:

1. Refresh both devices
2. Ensure both are connected to the internet
3. Wait a few minutes for sync to complete

Offline Changes

If you made changes while offline:

• Changes should sync when you reconnect
• If they don't appear, you may need to re-enter them

Server Status

Occasionally our servers may have issues:

1. Check our status page (if available)
2. Try again in a few minutes
3. Major outages are communicated via email

Data Recovery

If data appears lost:

1. Don't panic - we have backups
2. Contact support immediately
3. We can usually restore recent data
