What to do when a stock isn't in our database
If you can't find a stock or asset, try these solutions.
Search Tips
Use the Ticker Symbol
Search "AAPL" instead of "Apple Inc" for more accurate results.
Include the Exchange
For international stocks, add the exchange suffix:
BMW.DE- Germany (Xetra)BP.L- UK (London)TTE.PA- France (Paris)7203.T- Japan (Tokyo)
Try Alternative Names
Companies sometimes trade under different names:
- Google → GOOGL or GOOG
- Meta → META (formerly FB)

We support major exchanges including:
- NYSE, NASDAQ (US)
- LSE (UK)
- Xetra, Frankfurt (Germany)
- Euronext (France, Netherlands, Belgium)
- Tokyo Stock Exchange
- Hong Kong Stock Exchange

OTC and Pink Sheets
We have limited support for OTC stocks. These may not be available.
New IPOs
Newly listed stocks may take 1-2 days to appear in our system.
