Prices Not Updating

Troubleshoot price update issues

If your asset prices seem outdated, here's how to troubleshoot.

Check Market Hours

Stock prices only update during market hours:

  • US Markets: 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM ET, Monday-Friday
  • European Markets: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM CET, Monday-Friday
  • Crypto: 24/7

Outside these hours, you'll see the last traded price.

Refresh Your Data

  1. Click the refresh icon on your dashboard
  2. Wait a few seconds for prices to update
  3. If unchanged, the price may already be current

Check the Update Time

Hover over any price to see when it was last updated.

Common Causes

Market Holidays

Exchanges are closed on holidays. Prices won't update until markets reopen.

Delisted Securities

If a stock was delisted or acquired, prices may stop updating.

Data Provider Delays

Occasionally our data providers experience delays. Usually resolves within an hour.

Low-Volume Stocks

Thinly traded stocks may have less frequent updates.

Crypto-Specific Issues

  • Some newer or smaller tokens may have delayed updates
  • Ensure you selected the correct token (many have similar names)

Still Not Working?

Contact support with:

  • The asset ticker/name
  • Expected price vs. shown price
  • When you first noticed the issue
