Login Problems

Can't log in? Try these solutions

Having trouble accessing your account? Here's how to fix it.

Forgot Password

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your inbox (and spam folder)
  4. Click the reset link
  5. Set a new password

Reset links expire after 24 hours.

Email Not Recognized

If you get "email not found":

  • Check for typos in your email
  • Try any other emails you might have used
  • You may have signed up with Google instead

Google Login Not Working

  1. Make sure you're using the same Google account
  2. Try signing in with email/password instead
  3. Check if Google is experiencing outages

Account Locked

After 5 failed login attempts, accounts are temporarily locked:

  • Wait 30 minutes, then try again
  • Or use the password reset flow

Two-Factor Authentication Issues

If you can't access your 2FA:

  1. Try your backup codes (saved during setup)
  2. Contact support for account recovery
  3. You'll need to verify your identity

Browser Issues

Try these steps:

  1. Clear cookies for our site
  2. Disable browser extensions
  3. Try incognito/private mode
  4. Use a different browser

Still Can't Log In?

Contact support with:

  • The email you're trying to use
  • Any error messages you see
  • What login method you're using (email or Google)
